Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we gladly accept returns of undamaged merchandise within thirty (30) days from the original ship date.

Original Paintings

  • Eligible for a 100% refund, provided the artwork is returned in undamaged condition, in the same condition as received, and packaged in the original packaging.

Giclée and Bespoke Prints

  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Items must be returned undamaged, in perfect condition, and ready for resale to qualify for a refund.

Return Conditions

  • All returns must be authorized. To initiate a return, please contact us via our ORDER FORM page. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide the return shipping address.

  • Please include a copy of the original invoice in the package.

  • Use the original shipping box and pack the item securely using the delivery service of your choice.

Note: We do not cover return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a processing error on our part.

  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition. If an item is returned in any other condition, we may not authorize a refund or exchange.

Shipping Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend insuring your package through your chosen carrier to protect your return.

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If the item meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within five (5) business days of inspection.

  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or original method of payment.
